What this site is
TaxCalculator.com.pk is a free set of tax calculators for people in Pakistan. It answers everyday questions with a number you can use: how much tax comes off your salary, what a raise is worth after tax, or what a job offer really pays.
Every calculator works in your browser and is free to use. There is no sign-up, and we do not sell tax services or pass your details to anyone.
We are independent. This site is not run by, and is not connected to, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or any provincial excise and taxation department. For official records, use their own websites.
What we cover
- Salary and income tax: the salary tax calculator, income tax slabs for every year since 2021-22, and tools for gross salary, increments, job offers and comparing years.
- Exemptions and credits: a guide to tax-free allowances, deductions and tax credits, with an estimator.
- PTA mobile tax: the PTA tax calculator for any phone, and a page for every iPhone model with passport and CNIC figures.
- Coming next: vehicle token tax, property taxes, withholding tax certificates and FBR guides.
How we keep it accurate
Every rate comes from a primary source: the Income Tax Ordinance 2001, the yearly Finance Act and FBR's own rate cards. We check each page against those documents, show the date it was last reviewed, and update the site after every federal budget. You can read the details in how we calculate and our editorial policy.
Who runs it
The site is run by Samiullah, who built it to give people in Pakistan clear, up-to-date tax figures without sign-ups or sales pitches. We are not a tax firm and do not give personal tax advice; for that, speak to a qualified tax adviser.
