Reporting an error
If a figure looks wrong, please tell us:
- the page address
- the amounts you entered and the tax year
- what you expected, and where that figure comes from (for example your salary slip or an FBR document)
We check every report against the law and correct the page if we got it wrong. See our corrections policy.
What we can't help with
We are an independent website, not a government office or a tax firm. We can't give personal tax advice or access any official account. For these, please contact:
- Income tax, IRIS, NTN or filer status: the Federal Board of Revenue at fbr.gov.pk
- Mobile phone registration (DIRBS): the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority at pta.gov.pk
- Vehicle token tax or property tax: your provincial excise and taxation department
- Your own tax position: a qualified tax adviser
Please don't send CNIC numbers, passwords or bank details. We never ask for them.
